  Critical to homepage framing. Sub-brand prefix mapping (resolved 2026-05-07) shows only 4 data-tier brands (JS Gourmet, JS Maison, Jessar Lighting, Xtricity). The other 6 names we'd been treating as sub-brands (Beauty Cover, Cook & Fresca, IBake, Limpus, Pop Fluff, Veraroma) appear nowhere in the master data and have no unique SKU prefixes. Homepage v6 currently shows the 10-brand framing; needs Michael's call on whether to stay at 10 (marketing labels), reframe to 4, or somewhere between.

  Box artwork is the source of truth for the spec gap. v1 KEY:VALUE regex covered 34% of SKUs; v2 categorised rule table + multi-line dimension recovery lifted structured-spec coverage to 96% across 2,697 SKUs. 11,862 structured spec values now in work/box_artwork_specs.csv across 24 categories (dimensions 74.5%, made_in 65.3%, voltage/base/wattage/lumens/color_temp for the lighting tier). PDP spec tables on the new site can be populated from box artwork alone for ~87% of primary SKUs without any retailer scraping.
